Jams are the first thing you think of for the perfect breakfast, atleast I do. :)
I love mangoes, so here goes the recipe.
1/2 kg papaya puree
2 cups Mango puree
4 1/2 cups sugar
6 tbsp lemon juice
In a pan put papaya puree and mango puree together and start the heat. Now add sugar and lemon juice in it. Stir it occasionally. Check the consistency of the jam by putting it in little water, if it sets to the bottom, its ready to go into a jar for storage otherwise cook for some more time.
PS - the amount of sugar should be the same as puree used. You can use your instincts for the measurements, but I am sure the above amount is quite okay.
