Ingredients 1 :-
450 gm chicken
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp dalchini powder
pinch of laung powder
1-1/4 cup cups brown onion paste( fry onions first till brown and then make the paste)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp dhania powder
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
18 cashew nuts roasted and pasted with water
1 cup chicken stock
Ingredients 2:-
1 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
pinch of corn flour
5 drops rose water
1/2 tbsp rose petals soaked in 1 tbsp water
Ingredients 3:-
1 piece ginger, julienned
1 tsp green coriander chopped finely
Mix all of Ingredients-1 except the chicken stock in a bowl.
Heat 5 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add the above chicken mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add the chicken stock to this while stirring occasionally. And let it cook for 10-15 minutes or till the chicken is cooked properly.
Now add all of the Ingredients-2 to this mixture and stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Now Garnish with Ingredients-3 and serve hot.
It goes well with rotis or naan. Enjoy eating...
