This is the simplest sweet dish served for an unplanned party!!!!Last week, some of my girl friends show up at my place... And I wanna surprise them with some sweet delight... So here it is...
Ingredients:-
4-5 tbsps custard powder
3/4 liter Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
2 drops Vanilla essence
Nuts and Fruits which u want....
Heat Milk in a big pan till boiling and then add the sugar. Dissolve custard powder in little milk. Add this custard mix to the boiling Milk. It will start to thicken. Keep stirring. Lower the flame and add the Vanilla essence now. Let stir for 15 more minutes and your custard is ready.
Cool it(For quick cooling, keep the utensil in Cold icy water). When cooled add all the fruits and nuts you want ... Nuts give the custard crunchy feel. (I like the crunch in the smooth custard, as most of us like the crunch in chocolates)
I slice the Apples thinly keeping the curve edge intact. You can see the decor in the picture. It looks cool while serving.....
And It tastes good also....
While serving let the guests serve for themselves and keep a whipped cream bottle in the side...
They can top whipped cream on the custard and it really tastes goooood ......
