I used Long bread for this sandwich and It tastes better ....
The recipe is :-
Cut the chicken breast piece in long thin slices. Now cut all the vegetables( carrot, beans, capsicum ) in thin long pieces. Now in a pan , add oil and fry the chicken pieces and let it cook for 5 minutes. After this add the vegetables one by one putting the carrot first. Let all vegetables cook for 2 minutes. Now add some soya sauce and chilly sauce to this. Add salt and pepper. Add red chilly powder if you want spicy stuffing. Now heat the long bread in oven for 3-4 minutes and stuff the chicken stuffing in it. Serve hot. You can put some ketchup and mayonnaise also to your sandwich.
