I love chicken, so always try to make something out of it. The fried wings serves as a great snack.
The recipe is simple and Indian.
Ingredients:-
Chicken wings 10 -12
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly powder 1 tsp ( I like it hot )
Chicken masala Optional
Ginger grated (1/2 inch)
Salt as per your taste
Little sugar or Honey watever u got
Clean the wings and marinate it with all the above ingredients. Marinate for about 4 -5 hours.
Before frying the wings , try to remove most of the marinate..... You can simply fry on a pan or deep fry as you like.
Though it needs some time but it is a great appetizer or snack with a nice cold beer.........
